Together we will assess your space, style and budget, and provide recommendations on design, materials, fixtures, and colours.

Our professional team of designers will work with you to choose the best layout, materials and colour palettes that will work well together - from trendy to classic, to ultra modern or simple & sophisticated - our designers will work with you to make your space look inviting, functional, and attractive.

Our design package includes 3-D renderings and material samples to help visualize what your space will become.

Our team of professional managers and licensed tradespeople will work with you to create a project schedule that works with your timelines. Our projects are scheduled so that work occurs daily - you will expect to see progress every single day from when we start the project.

We will respect your property, inform you of all requirements before work begins, and provide status updates at the end of each day.

You will have one project manager dedicated to your project who will oversee and manage the work from start to finish.

All tradespeople that will work in your home are licensed, and all work will be in accordance with the city and provincial building codes. We provide drawings, and obtain all necessary work permits to execute your renovation project in a professional, legal, and safe manner.

We do not add additional costs and leave you with an unexplained bill at the end of the project - any additional costs that are incurred during the project must be agreed to by both parties.
